The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in teaching students with special educational needs. They should demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality education tailored to a diverse range of SEN requirements and support the holistic development of each student.

As a Teacher of SEN, the successful applicant will be responsible for crafting and delivering engaging lessons that address the unique needs of each learner. They will utilize a variety of instructional strategies and resources to ensure that all students have the opportunity to achieve their maximum potential.

In addition to teaching duties, the successful candidate will collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall SEN provision within the school. They will contribute to the ongoing refinement and execution of the institution's SEN policy and offer guidance to peers on SEN-related matters.

The school seeks a motivated, adaptable, and dedicated professional who can work effectively within a team. Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and families are essential.

All quoted pay rates will include statutory holiday pay. This position is temporary, with the potential for permanent placement in the future.
