Nursery Admissions Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organised individual with exceptional customer service and communication skills to join our team at The Nursery School Company Ltd.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our Admissions process at our Brighton and Worthing Nursery's and will act as the point of contact for our parents for any enquiries they may have.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the Admissions process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for parents and children.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to enquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Work closely with the education team to ensure a seamless transition for children joining our nursery.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents, building trust and confidence in our nursery.
- Contribute to the development of our brand, promoting our values and reputation through excellent communication and customer service skills.
Requirements
- Level 3 qualified or equivalent experience in education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with parents and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and satisfaction.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects.
- Salary: Up to £28,000 depending on experience.
