Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Investment Sales Consultant to join our team at Harte Consulting Ltd. As an Investment Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for engaging with high-net-worth investors, presenting investment opportunities, and closing sales. If you have a proven track record in selling property investments to overseas investors, this role is an excellent opportunity to leverage your skills and expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with investors who have shown interest in property investments through various channels.
  • Conduct effective and persuasive sales conversations over the phone and through digital platforms to present investment opportunities, address client inquiries, and close sales.
  • Demonstrate excellent personal and digital presentation skills to engage with clients and colleagues across multiple platforms.
  • Maintain accurate sales administration records using CRM systems and other relevant tools.
  • Collaborate with the management team to stay updated on the latest market trends, property offerings, and investment strategies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in selling high-net-worth property investments to overseas investors.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Strong knowledge of the property investment market and current trends.
  • Ability to maintain accurate sales records and reports.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive basic salary range of up to £35,000 per annum (DOE and proven track record).
  • Realistic and proven on-target earnings (OTE) of £80,000+ in commission.
  • 37.5 hours a week.
  • 20 days annual leave + bank holidays.
  • Continuous training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Regular ongoing salary reviews.
