We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Income Maximisation Officer to join our team. As an Income Maximisation Officer, you will play a crucial role in maximizing revenue and managing the financial stability of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and implement income generation opportunities to meet financial targets
  • Develop and implement effective income generation strategies and plans
  • Research and identify potential funding sources, including grants, contracts, and fundraising opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with relevant stakeholders, including funders and partner organizations
  • Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and patterns
  • Prepare regular financial reports and presentations for management
  • Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and guidelines

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience in income generation and financial management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Proficient in using financial management software and tools
  • Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and guidelines
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with different departments

Working Hours: 35 hours per week

Working Hours Schedule: 09:00 - 17:00

Salary: £153.44 per hour
