About the Role

As a Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for leading our housekeeping team to deliver exceptional cleanliness and customer service standards. You will work closely with the hotel management team to ensure that all housekeeping operations are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of housekeeping staff to deliver exceptional customer service and cleanliness standards
  • Develop and implement housekeeping policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards
  • Monitor and control housekeeping budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness
  • Collaborate with the hotel management team to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction
