Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Primary Tutor to join our team at Teaching Personnel. As a Primary Tutor, you will be responsible for providing one-to-one tuition support to children in the Ollerton area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging sessions based on the child's needs, developing their knowledge in core subjects.
- Work with children with potentially challenging behavioral needs and use different strategies to ensure their needs are met.
- Track progress and plan next steps in learning.
- Inspire children to achieve and keep them engaged, ensuring they can access the learning.
Requirements:
- Experience of working with children or young people.
- Able to plan and deliver engaging sessions based on the needs of the learner.
- Ability to develop effective behavior management strategies and coping mechanisms.
- Apply skills to raise children's confidence within their learning and develop their love for learning.
- Able to track progress and plan next steps in children's learning towards their learning outcomes.
