About the Role
As an Electrical Trainer, you will be responsible for providing expert instruction and guidance to our apprentices, helping them develop the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in the electrical industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging and effective training programs for electrical apprentices
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of industry standards and best practices
- Provide individualized support and feedback to apprentices to ensure they meet their learning objectives
- Collaborate with other training professionals to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive training program
Requirements
- Time-served electrician with a strong background in electrical training
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
