We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Manager to join our team at DPS Games. As a key member of our technical operations team, you will be responsible for managing and mentoring a team of DevOps and Build engineers, optimizing DevOps practices and methodologies for efficiency and scalability, and planning and architecting project development, staging, and production infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities- Team Management: Manage, mentor, and train a team of DevOps and Build engineers to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
- Infrastructure Planning: Plan and architect project development, staging, and production infrastructure to ensure scalability, reliability, and efficiency.
- Incident Management: Oversee incident management and troubleshooting to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.
- Documentation: Write documentation and SOPs to ensure that knowledge and processes are well-documented and easily accessible.
- Collaboration: Cooperate with technical, QA, live-ops, and release teams to provide stable and timely version releases.
- Experience: Experience working as a Lead DevOps Engineer, DevOps Team Lead, or similar role.
- Technical Skills: Strong experience with public cloud service providers (AWS, Azure, GCP), scripting and/or programming experience with Python and Bash, and experience automating infrastructure deployment and managing scalable applications using Kubernetes in a CI/CD environment.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and mentor a team of engineers.
- Hybrid Work Arrangement: 3 days of work from the office, with flexibility to work from home.
