About the Role

In the role of Sanitation Supervisor, you will be integral to our pledge to superior care. You will oversee the cleaning and laundry teams, ensuring that the facility remains pristine, organized, and welcoming at all times. By fostering a clean and secure environment, you will enhance the quality of life for our residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute a variety of tasks to maintain cleanliness standards throughout the facility
  • Lead the cleaning team to uphold high levels of sanitation and hygiene
  • Promptly report any maintenance concerns or issues
  • Follow established cleaning schedules and protocols
  • Ensure the proper storage and application of cleaning supplies and equipment
  • Perform any additional responsibilities as directed by the Facility Manager

Requirements

  • Knowledgeable in COSHH, Health, Safety, and Fire Regulations
  • Prior experience in Health and Social Care environments
  • Supervisory experience is a plus
