We are seeking a talented and proactive financial regulations lawyer to join our cutting-edge legal tech company at the forefront of financial services regulation and innovation. This is an exciting opportunity to work on complex cross-border legal issues, including derivatives, asset management, and crypto regulation, while playing a key role in the development of new products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage legal content and provide expertise on cross-border distribution, crypto assets, and a new Cross-Border Lending product.
  • Collaborate with local counsel from around the world, deliver legal analysis, and ensure product content meets the high standards of our financial services clients.
  • Draft, commission, and negotiate legal memoranda across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Summarize complex legal analysis into concise, accurate reports for clients.
  • Provide training and demonstrations to potential clients and manage subscriber queries.
  • Monitor legal developments and draft alerts on key regulatory changes.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years PQE, preferably from a top-tier law firm or in-house role, with strong experience in financial services regulation, lending, or crypto/fintech.
  • International or cross-border legal experience is preferred.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.
