Job Title: Skilled Fabricator and Welder

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fabricator and Welder to join our team at Recruit 12. As a pivotal member of our production team, you will be responsible for fabricating and welding various components to meet the demands of our production schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fabricate and weld components using Mild Steel and Stainless Steel
  • Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
  • Work closely with team members and shift supervision to meet production targets
  • Maintain a clean and productive workspace, adhering to Health and Safety regulations
  • Interpret drawings and specifications to ensure accurate fabrication and welding
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and quality

Requirements:

  • Substantial experience in Mild Steel and Stainless Steel MIG welding
  • Proficiency in light and heavy gauge welding
  • Fabrication and fitting skills, with knowledge of standard best practices
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to interpret drawings and specifications
