Job Summary:

Venn Group is seeking a highly skilled Residential Conveyancing Lawyer to join their team. As a key member of the firm, you will be responsible for handling a diverse range of property transactions, providing expert legal advice, and fostering strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct property transactions with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring seamless execution from inception to completion.
  • Provide clear, accurate, and tailored advice to clients, addressing their unique needs and concerns.
  • Draft, review, and amend a variety of property-related documents, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Liaise with all parties involved in property transactions, maintaining effective communication and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and internal policies, upholding the firm's high standards of professionalism and integrity.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience (PQE) in residential conveyancing.
  • Robust understanding of residential property law, with expertise in managing the conveyancing process.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to navigate complex legal matters with precision and care.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
