Job Summary

Canary Wharf Group is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Treasury Analyst to join their Group Treasury function. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial markets and instruments, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Main Responsibilities
  • Perform daily treasury operations, including transactions, controls, and internal/external counterparty setup.
  • Manage overall cash management of the Group, including intercompany transfers, cash pooling, and debt management.
  • Work with the tax team to establish cash pooling agreements and arm's length interest rates.
  • Ensure timely trade capture in internal systems and resolve reconciliation issues.
  • Establish and document best practice procedures and ensure operations analysts comply with established policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree with strong academic results.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a finance or corporate treasury environment.
  • Excellent Excel skills, including experience with Macros/VBA.
  • Experience with treasury management systems and ERPs.
  • Strong team-player with excellent interpersonal, leadership, and influencing skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work under pressure to multiple deadlines.
  • Clear oral and written communication skills.
