About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Vehicle Data Specialist to join our team at Toyota Financial Services, KINTO and KINTO. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our vehicle database, working closely with our data suppliers and manufacturers to ensure seamless integration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Database Management: Ensure the vehicle variant database is accurate and up-to-date, with all associated tables linked to new vehicles to facilitate immediate quoting.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze and report on vehicle data changes, including new products or changes, to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with data suppliers and manufacturers to ensure timely and accurate data delivery.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports to identify the number of vehicles added, updated, and discontinued, as well as CAP interface performance.
  • Quality Control: Audit Miles catalogue vehicle current pricing to ensure accuracy at all times.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Qualified automotive or electrical mechanic with a minimum of 5 years additional automotive experience.
  • Skills: Advanced data management and MS software skills, with strong literary, numeracy, and data entry skills.
  • Experience: Automotive Finance/Fleet Management experience, with a strong understanding of data management and analysis.
