We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Data Solutions Team at Aon, a leading global professional services firm. As a Transition Analyst, you will play a key part in capturing requirements and specifying solutions for our clients.

About the Role

  • Liaise with stakeholders to gather scheme information and automated calculation requirements.
  • Specify test matrices to identify applicable test scenarios.
  • Create test cases for individual member pension calculations.
  • Work with the Calculation Programmer and admin team to ensure calculations are built, tested, and signed off on our admin system.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and deliver solutions to meet client needs.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to mitigate project risks and issues.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in pensions legislation and industry initiatives.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in pensions benefit administration.
  • Strong time-management skills and ability to prioritize multiple projects.
  • Ability to work with MS Excel proforma calculations.
  • Self-motivated and proactive approach to delivering results.
