Part-Time Sales Consultant Opportunity

Simon Acres Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated and personable Part-Time Sales Consultant to join our team at a well-established furniture retailer in East Norfolk.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and develop both new and existing customers through excellent customer care and ethical sales methods
  • Achieve performance KPIs and provide outstanding customer service at all times
  • Handle telesales calls and adapt to new technology to enhance customer experience
  • Work flexibly and as part of the team to ensure stock is replenished and displayed to the required standard
  • Carry out daily cash handling routines and adhere to data protection policies

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year's retail sales experience
  • Advantage - Furniture sales experience

What We Offer:

  • Salary: £12 Per Hour + Commission + Team Bonus Pro Rata
  • Working Hours: 24 hours a week over store opening times of 9am - 5:30pm (Mon-Sat) & 10am - 4pm (Sun)

As a Part-Time Sales Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for customers face to face or over the telephone, delivering exceptional customer service, sales advice, and creating an informed, honest, professional sales experience for our client's customers.
