F&B Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced F&B Supervisor to join our team at Crowne Plaza. As a key member of our Food and Beverage department, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead by example and demonstrate a strong commitment to our True Hospitality promise
- Supervise and direct a team of F&B staff to ensure seamless service delivery
- Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance with hygiene regulations
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with the Management Team to achieve departmental targets and objectives
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations and safety protocols
- Ability to motivate and develop a team of F&B staff
