Senior Prosecutions Lawyer Opportunity

Are you a skilled Criminal Law professional looking to take your career to the next level? We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Prosecutions Lawyer to join our team at Executive Network Legal Limited.

About the Role

This role will involve a mix of court advocacy and case preparation, review, and advisory work, offering the flexibility to work from home at least 2-3 days per week. Your workload will be varied, intellectually stimulating, and rewarding, with a focus on Prosecutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct court advocacy and case preparation, review, and advisory work
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals
  • Develop and maintain expertise in Criminal Law and Prosecutions
  • Provide exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A practising certificate in England and Wales
  • More than 2 years of experience in Criminal Law or Regulatory Prosecutions
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to make solid and well-reasoned decisions
