Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and quality-focused Registered Manager to lead our residential and supported living service in the Truro area. The successful candidate will have prior experience as a Registered Manager, preferably in Learning Disabilities, and hold a QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management qualification or equivalent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of staff to deliver high-quality person-centered care to adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, and Physical Disabilities.
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations, health and social care legislation, and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement effective staff management strategies to promote a positive and supportive work environment.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve outstanding results and deliver exceptional care.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Registered Manager, preferably in Learning Disabilities.
- QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management qualification or equivalent.
- Strong staff management skills and ability to lead a team.
- Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations and health and social care legislation.
