Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Paediatric Nurse to join our team. As a Paediatric Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to children and young people, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver excellent patient outcomes.
Main Responsibilities- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for paediatric patients, upholding the Trust's CARES values.
- Administer oral and intravenous medication in accordance with Trust policy, once assessed as competent.
- Promote continuing education and professional development by attending necessary training and acting as a Practice Supervisor or Assessor to student nurses.
- Work collaboratively with the paediatric nursing workforce to support other areas of paediatric practice as necessary.
- RSCN / RN Child qualification.
- Evidence of professional development and continuing education.
- Sound clinical knowledge and practice skills.
- Mentorship in Practice or other teaching qualification.
