Job Title: Beauty Brand Manager

We are seeking an experienced Beauty Brand Manager to join our team at Pat McGrath Labs in Meadowhall. As a Beauty Brand Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, providing expert product knowledge, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, using excellent product knowledge to inspire customers and exceed their expectations.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of current beauty trends and latest products.
  • Work closely with the management team to analyze sales data and create strategies to consistently meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Manage customer feedback, using it constructively to continually raise the bar for service, sales, and retail standards.
  • Adapt to the challenges of a fast-paced work environment, working on different departments and taking a collaborative approach to achieve results.
  • Own the planning and delivery of in-store events, ensuring a memorable customer experience.
  • Replenish stock as needed, keep testers and counter clean and attractive, and ensure the brand is presented at the highest level.
  • Build a clientele and model excellent customer service, using natural curiosity to stay ahead of the latest trends.
Requirements:
  • Experienced Lead Makeup Artist with a minimum of 2 years' experience.
  • Ability to perform makeup applications that align with the brand service menu.
  • Confidently connects artistry and education to sales.
  • Social/digital portfolio of work with significant following preferred.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of current beauty trends and latest products.
  • A great communicator, able to positively engage with all customers with varying needs and requirements.
  • Well-informed, with excellent product knowledge and ability to develop it further.
  • Known to be a sales and service expert, using these skills to deliver the extraordinary each and every time.
  • Flexible, responsive to business needs, and happy to take responsibility for tasks that may go beyond the role expectation.
  • A confident coach, and self-driven to upskill and learn, working with management, trainers, and brand artists to learn brand expertise and develop personal artistry skills.
  • Able to be flexible to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events.
