Job Title: Delivery Courier

Job Summary:

GORGEMEAD LIMITED is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Delivery Courier to join our team. As a Delivery Courier, you will be responsible for delivering prescription items to private houses, nursing and residential homes, while providing a high standard of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver prescription items to private houses, nursing and residential homes
• Provide a high standard of customer service
• Portray a friendly professional image and act as an ambassador for GORGEMEAD LIMITED
• Work under pressure to deliver prescriptions in the given designated period of time
• Ensure that prescription items are delivered in line with the company's regulated procedures
• Assist with PR exercises to increase business
• Use your own vehicle for this role, and ensure that your personal insurance policy allows for business use

Requirements:

• Basic computer skills to plan and print daily routes
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle
