About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Assistant to join our team at Infinity Recruitment Consultancy Limited. As an Assistant Case Handler, you will play a vital role in supporting our Case Handlers with various duties, including:

  • Managing, updating, and organizing case files
  • Chasing contracts and enquiries on sales
  • Liaising with clients, agents, and stakeholders
  • Making outbound calls dealing with inbound queries and enquiries
  • General administrative support, including exchange and completion letters
  • Post-completion administration, including setting up completion files

About You:

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Previous conveyancing administrative experience
  • Excellent communication skills with strong relationship-building skills
  • A keenness to learn and be a great team player with the ability to work on your own initiative
