We are seeking a skilled Portfolio Analyst to join our Delivery PMO team in Worcester. This role will be responsible for delivering technology capabilities within the Sanctuary Group, ensuring employees have access to the necessary systems to perform their duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure effective and efficient delivery of PMO services, including planning, demand and resource management, programme assurance, and high-quality reporting.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders within Technology and the wider Sanctuary Group.
- Support planning and resource management, as well as financial monitoring.
- Lead the collation and maintenance of Risk & Issue, Actions, and Dependency information.
- Contribute to establishing standardized processes across the portfolio.
- Work closely with the Programme Management team.
- Provide guidance and training to the project delivery community and other stakeholders on PMO best practices.
