Job Title: Forecast and Data Insights Manager

Smart DCC is seeking a skilled Forecast and Data Insights Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining advanced forecasting models to drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement statistical and analytical methods to produce accurate forecasts and provide insights to inform business requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
  • Design and implement 'what if' analysis and scenario planning to support business strategy.
  • Lead the development and maintenance of large volume data analysis and interpretation of results.
  • Provide variance analysis of key metrics and develop recommendations to improve business performance.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in demand forecasting, modeling, data, and statistics.
  • Excellent experience in scripting languages, including Python, R, or SQL, and Power BI.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with a track record of relationship building and liaison with business functions.
  • Proactive mindset with a willingness to challenge and identify continuous improvement ideas and techniques.
