Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated, full-time Team Leader to join our Looked After Children Service as part of the Children's Services management team. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that the needs of Looked After Children and young people in Bolton are met, enabling them to reach their full potential.

In this role, you will oversee the daily management and development of the team, providing supervision, support, and guidance to social work professionals. You will ensure that the team actively engages children, young people, and families, incorporating their lived experiences into care planning while adhering to statutory and legislative requirements.

Your leadership will guarantee a high standard of work through effective supervision, quality assurance, and auditing processes. You will regularly analyze, monitor, and measure team performance to understand its impact on outcomes for children and families.
