About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to gain significant exposure to high-profile deals in the infrastructure sector and to develop their career in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support senior team members in the execution of M&A transactions, including financial analysis, valuation, and due diligence.
  • Build and maintain complex financial models to support transaction analysis and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality strategic advice to clients.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in M&A, investment banking, or corporate finance, preferably within the infrastructure sector.
  • Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
