We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team in Cornwall. This is a full-time, permanent role with a competitive salary and benefits package.
Key Responsibilities- Work collaboratively with the team to perform maintenance activities, installations, and repairs.
- Ensure compliance with strict maintenance instructions and method statements to guarantee safety.
- Minimum - City & Guilds / NVQ or HNC / HND in Electrical Engineering - 18th edition.
- Preferably degree educated in an Electrical Engineering/Technical discipline - chartered or equivalent.
- Budget monitoring, commercial awareness, and experience managing contractors.
- Previous work experience in the nuclear sector/industrial environment advantageous, specifically high voltage plant/equipment.
- Proven ability in the preparation of reports and information using packages such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Suitable relevant technical experience including preparation of technical documentation, review and approval of technical proposals and procedures, experience of construction, testing, and commissioning activities.
- Experience of supervising and setting contractors/sub-contractors to work in their roles and experience in leading a project team.
