About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team in Cornwall. This is a full-time, permanent role with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Work collaboratively with the team to perform maintenance activities, installations, and repairs.
  2. Ensure compliance with strict maintenance instructions and method statements to guarantee safety.
Requirements
  1. Minimum - City & Guilds / NVQ or HNC / HND in Electrical Engineering - 18th edition.
  2. Preferably degree educated in an Electrical Engineering/Technical discipline - chartered or equivalent.
  3. Budget monitoring, commercial awareness, and experience managing contractors.
  4. Previous work experience in the nuclear sector/industrial environment advantageous, specifically high voltage plant/equipment.
  5. Proven ability in the preparation of reports and information using packages such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  6. Suitable relevant technical experience including preparation of technical documentation, review and approval of technical proposals and procedures, experience of construction, testing, and commissioning activities.
  7. Experience of supervising and setting contractors/sub-contractors to work in their roles and experience in leading a project team.
