Job Description

**Role:** Business Systems - Application Support Specialist
**Location:** On-site
**Salary:** £36,000 - £44,500

We are working with a well-established Not for Profit/Tech for good organisation to find an experienced Application Support/Business Systems Analyst to join their established team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in:
1. Analysis and Support of a range of key business systems
2. Investigating user issues
3. Collaborating with internal and external partners on required changes/fixes
4. Updating and maintaining documentation

**Key Skills:**
1. SQL Scripting
2. Interpretation of error logs/messages
3. ITIL processes
4. Finance/HR systems knowledge

Job Requirements

**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Provide application support and maintenance for business systems
2. Analyze and resolve user issues in a timely manner
3. Collaborate with internal and external partners to implement changes and fixes
4. Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation

1. Proven experience in application support and maintenance
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
3. Excellent communication and collaboration skills
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
