We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced clinical sales professional to join our team as a Healthcare Account Director. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with key decision makers in the NHS.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and expand our presence in the South West region
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior commercial decision makers, including Directors, Heads of Services, and Medicines Management
- Liaise with clinical contacts, such as Tissue Viability Nurses, District Nurses, and Podiatrists, to understand their needs and preferences
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging our competitively priced, quality products to meet the needs of the NHS

We are a well-established, growing organisation that provides a range of wound care, debridement, bandaging, and compression hosiery products. Our company culture is patient-focused, and we care about the people we employ and our customers. We sell on clinical evidence, which has aided our continued growth and expansion.
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary and uncapped commission
- 5 weeks' holiday pro rata, plus stats
- Company car or car allowance of £710 per month

Requirements:
- Strong understanding of the NHS and clinical sales experience
- Commercial mindset and ability to prospect new business and target key decision makers
- Full driving licence
Location:
Candidates must live in Wiltshire, Dorset, or Hampshire but be willing to cover the whole South West region.
