  • Work closely with the office team to provide remote support and ensure seamless service delivery

  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with the latest industry technologies and best practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and improve service delivery

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in electro-mechanical service or maintenance
  • Strong customer-facing skills and ability to work effectively with clients
  • Knowledge of software or PLC systems is beneficial
  • Ability to travel worldwide and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
