Options Resourcing Ltd is currently seeking a Purchase Ledger Administrator to join their finance team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all financial processes.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and manage the financial transactions inbox daily.
  • Verify and process financial transactions in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Summarize financial transactions in accordance with agreed deadlines to ensure timely payment.
  • Distribute financial statements to stakeholders for review and approval.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including nominal coding and VAT coding.
  • Provide support to the finance team as needed, including assisting with financial reporting and analysis.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a financial operations role.
  • Proficient in the use of MS Excel and other financial software.
  • Methodical with excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
