Job Title: Maritime Graduate Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Maritime Graduate Engineer to join our team at Delkia. As a Graduate Engineer, you will play a key role in the development of our national infrastructures, working across three highly regulated industries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with client specifications and engineering standards.
  • Understand the technical quality of complex fit-for-purpose engineering systems.
  • Understand lifecycle and maturity management.
  • Generate and update technical documentation to the client's specification.
  • Maintain compliance with engineering standards and applicable legislation.
  • Participate in Design and System Level Reviews.
  • Ensure the confidentiality and security of data and information received from clients.
Requirements:
  • Qualified to degree level in an appropriate STEM discipline.
  • Creative problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent critical thinking skills and a high level of numeracy.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong team-working skills with an ability to motivate others and to lead or manage teams and projects.
  • Flexibility and an ability to compromise.
  • A willingness to accept responsibility and make decisions.
  • A high level of attention to detail.
  • An understanding of and ability to work with high-level computer technology.
