About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Management Specialist to join our team at Reveal Media. As a key member of our legal department, you will play a critical role in supporting the management and oversight of all aspects of our contract processes, obligations, and implementation on both customer and supplier sides.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and analyze customer and/or supplier contract terms and conditions to balance risk with our commercial objectives.
  • Track and manage the approval process during contract discussions.
  • Assist in the preparation and review of tenders.
  • Draft and review terms for standard forms such as non-disclosure agreements, memoranda of understanding, partnership agreements, and other contractual documents.
  • Manage and maintain effective relationships with subcontractors and vendors.
  • Conduct contract reviews of existing contracts to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
  • Develop and implement commercial methods, processes, and operational procedures to ensure contracts are managed in line with our company's policies and procedures.
  • Ensure that legal documents are correctly prepared and move smoothly and quickly from drafting/receipt, through collaboration and negotiation, to signature.
  • Monitor the implementation and performance of signed contracts.
  • Ensure that signed contracts, contract amendments, and other contractual and legal documents are stored securely in our document management system.
  • Conduct research on matters as required.
  • Manage ad-hoc contractual requests from the business.
  • Identify areas for improvement in processes/systems within the legal department.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience of working in a hands-on paralegal, contract management, legal, commercial, or procurement role.
  • Familiarity with online research tools.

Desirable Qualifications

  • ILEX certification.
  • Experience of working with overseas customers or suppliers.
  • NALP Paralegal practice award, certificate, or diploma.
  • Postgraduate paralegal diploma.
  • An award in legal studies.
  • Legal secretary certificate or diploma.
  • Knowledge or experience of working with both private and public sector organizations.

  • Excellent organizational skills to plan and use people and resources to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in written and oral form.
  • Ability to build effective working relationships with external customers and with internal business functions, particularly sales and business development.
