Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Workshop Planner to join our client's existing team on a permanent basis.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Plan all workshop activities through a CRM system, encompassing machining works, fabrication, site work, and refurbishment works.
  • Manage the CRM system to ensure all works are scheduled on time, guaranteeing efficient workflow and productivity.
  • Sources materials from suppliers, generates purchase orders, and oversees deliveries to ensure timely receipt of necessary materials.
  • Manages goods in and out, ensuring all required materials arrive on time for scheduled jobs and are accurately labelled to associated works.
  • Coordinates deliveries and returns delivery notes to maintain a smooth logistics process.
  • Collaborates closely with the workshop supervisor for scheduling purposes, fostering a cohesive team environment.
  • Conducts and leads daily and weekly planning meetings to ensure alignment and progress towards business objectives.
  • Ensures business Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met, driving continuous improvement and excellence.

Additional Responsibilities:
