Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate effectively with fellow engineers and operational teams to gather and clarify project specifications.
2. Design, develop, and sustain essential backend services that support trading operations, focusing on risk management and market access.
3. Enhance and optimize trading software, prioritizing real-time data processing and visualization.
4. Contribute to the evolution and refinement of trading infrastructure to meet the demands of fluctuating market conditions.
5. Engage in a fully automated CI/CD pipeline and utilize containerization technologies such as Kubernetes.

Key Requirements:
1. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
2. 2-5 years of experience in software development, ideally within the financial or insurance sectors.
3. Proficiency in Python and C++, with a solid grasp of data structures and algorithms.
4. Familiarity with Kubernetes, containerized environments, and Azure-based workflows.
5. Understanding of DevOps methodologies, including CI/CD processes and deployment automation.
6. Strong analytical and communication skills.
