Warehouse Operative Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Warehouse Operative to join our team at a busy distribution centre in Crick. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for supporting the order picking and packing process using RF Scanners, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in your work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the warehouse facility order picking and packing using RF Scanners
  • Ensure accuracy and make sure no mistakes are made
  • Moving pallets and stock to various locations
  • Support with loading and unloading deliveries
  • Use of scanners and labelling machines
  • General duties as and when required

Requirements:

  • Experience in order picking and packing using RF Scanners
  • Ability to read and understand English
  • Physical ability to lift and move stock
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication skills

  • £12.00 per hour (increases with service)
  • £18.00 per hour for overtime
