About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and empathetic Patient Support Advisor to join our team at Portman Dental Care. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our dental practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide warm and welcoming service to patients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage patient appointments, scheduling, and communication, ensuring seamless coordination with our dental team.
- Process patient payments, handle insurance claims, and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and mail distribution.
- Collaborate with our dental team to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
Requirements:
- Previous front-of-house experience in a dental or healthcare setting (ideally).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients and colleagues.
- Highly organized and able to multitask, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
