As a Bank Senior Care Assistant at Barchester, you will be responsible for addressing the diverse needs of our residents, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, individualized care and support.
Your responsibilities will include guiding and motivating a team of committed Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager.Additionally, you will assist the clinical team in designated areas such as medication management, assessments, care planning, or care evaluations.
In this role, you will uphold the dignity and preferences of our residents while contributing to a warm, inviting, and dynamic environment.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
To qualify as a Bank Senior Care Assistant, you should possess an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care.
It is essential to demonstrate specific expertise in clinical care for the elderly.
