Position Overview:
We are seeking a Field Nursery Manager to be an integral part of our management team. This position requires flexibility to work across all 11 nursery locations to cover staff absences, including maternity leave.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the assigned nursery, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Lead, manage, and motivate teams to deliver exceptional care and educational experiences for children and their families.
- Maintain consistent implementation of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and monitor children's learning outcomes.
- Conduct staff training and performance evaluations to foster professional growth.
- Act as the Designated Safeguarding Lead, ensuring the safety and well-being of all children.
- Build and nurture positive relationships with families.
- Achieve and maintain high occupancy rates.
- Manage budgets effectively to ensure financial sustainability.
- Develop a high-performing staff team through ongoing support and training.
- Focus on revenue generation and cost management strategies.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality early childhood practices.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Level 3 qualification in childcare.
- At least 3 years of experience in nursery management.
- Proven experience leading an Outstanding Ofsted inspection.
- Full clean driving license.
- Relevant training in safeguarding and child protection.
