Fabric Engineer - Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled Fabric Engineer to fill a temporary contract position with the possibility of becoming permanent with Randstad CPE, a leading provider of maintenance services in London.

Key Job Duties

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on properties to ensure optimal functionality and safety.
• Carry out plumbing, painting, and decorating tasks to maintain a high level of quality and aesthetics.
• Install and replace door locks, cabinets, and shelves to ensure secure and efficient storage solutions.
• Address minor electrical issues and perform DIY tasks to prevent major problems and ensure a safe working environment.
• Assist with lifting furniture and occasional pick-ups and deliveries to support the team's efforts.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Own and maintain a set of necessary tools and personal protective equipment to perform tasks safely and efficiently.
• Previous experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results and meeting deadlines.

Working Hours and Compensation
