Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Research Fellow to contribute to the Community-led Open Publication Infrastructures for Monographs (COPIM) project.

Project Overview

The COPIM project is a collaborative effort between research institutions, libraries, publishers, and infrastructure providers to develop open access book preservation infrastructures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Loughborough University's contributions to the COPIM project
  • Collaborate with project partners to identify metadata and information required by preservation services and repository platforms
  • Develop a toolkit to assist authors, publishers, and librarians in archiving open access books
  • Build relationships with projects working in similar areas

Requirements

The successful candidate will have a strong background in digital preservation and a proven track record of contributing to collaborative research projects.
