Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a technical strategy that drives innovation and growth in the clean energy sector.
  • Lead the R&D team in designing, prototyping, and testing new battery products.
  • Manage the R&D budget, ensuring effective resource allocation and cost control.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and enhance product offerings.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in physical sciences, engineering, or a related technical field.
