Head of Legal Practice Opportunity

Simplify Recruitment Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Legal Practice to join their team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall compliance with the terms and conditions of the firm's CLC authorisation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to ensure ongoing SRA authorisation
  • Provide training and support to staff on compliance and quality client service
  • Oversee and sign off all lead generation and service advertisements to ensure compliance with CLC marketing requirements
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and ensure the firm's compliance arrangements are effective
  • Report directly to the Head of Conveyancing and Directors on compliance matters and internal policy creation
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 6 years' PQE (CILEx, CLC, SQE etc.)
  • At least 2 years' experience in a compliance role working in a legal practice
  • Dynamic people person who is technically and legally astute
  • Ability to problem solve and think outside of the box
  • Approachable team player
What We Offer:
  • Annual salary £50,000 - £65,000
  • Hybrid working with some office attendance required in either Derby or Norwich
