Job Title: Primary School Class Teacher

Location: Cardiff, Wales

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Primary School Class Teacher to join our team at Vetro Recruitment. As a Primary School Class Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a stimulating learning environment that engages, motivates, and educates pupils effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of pupils
  • Monitor and assess pupil progress, identifying areas of strength and weakness
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve teaching methods
  • Communicate effectively with parents, carers, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth and supportive learning environment
  • Stay up-to-date with curriculum developments and implement innovative teaching strategies

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of teaching experience (exceptions made for NQTs)
  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status or overseas equivalent
  • Registration as a Teacher with the EWC (the Education Workforce Council) - we can help you with this
  • References covering the last two years (no gaps)
  • Hold a current Enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to obtain one
  • The right to work in the UK
