Job Title: Stores Person

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Stores Person to join our team at Baywater Healthcare. As a Stores Person, you will be responsible for maintaining the regional site Kan Ban systems, conducting consumable and hardware deliveries to remote sites and technicians, and supporting home oxygen and long-term condition services to patients in the community on behalf of the NHS.

About the Role:

As a Stores Person, you will be the driving force behind our ongoing development of our ethos, ensuring that our teams are the backbone of our organization. You will be responsible for:

  • Providing empathetic and professional support to service patients, families, and clinical leads.
  • Maintaining regional sites stock levels and processing necessary stock orders through to the regional team manager.
  • Ensuring high standards of Safety and housekeeping are maintained on all sites in regions.
  • Delivering consumables and equipment to technicians in outlying regions as directed by the regional team manager.
  • Verifying, cleaning, and where required, repairing equipment.

We are looking for a kind, friendly, and communicative individual who enjoys helping people and is excited about working for Baywater Healthcare. You will need:

  • Good technical skills.
  • Ability to diagnose and rectify faults.
  • Willingness to work on own or within a team environment.
  • A good level of soft skills.
  • Ability to work on own initiative with good time management skills.
  • Full Driving licence - To include vehicles in Category B.
  • No more than 6 penalty points on driving licence.
