We are seeking dedicated professionals to provide 1:1 support to children and adults with sight and hearing impairments in our community.

As a Support Worker/Intervenor, you will play a vital role in promoting personal and social development while encouraging independence through access to activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized support to clients with complex disabilities
  • Assist clients in accessing community activities and social events
  • Develop and implement personalized support plans
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care

Requirements:

  • Full UK driver's license with own vehicle
  • Previous experience in care or support work (not required, but preferred)
