About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Asset Maintenance Planner to join our engineering team at Warburtons. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and performance of our plant equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Planning and Scheduling: Develop and implement a risk-based maintenance strategy to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime.
  • Maintenance Coordination: Collaborate with Reliability Managers and Engineering site leads to plan and schedule all maintenance activity, including backlog, spares, and materials.
  • Data Integrity: Ensure accurate and up-to-date data within our CMMS system (SAP) to support informed decision-making.
  • Materials Management: Anticipate and ensure availability of materials for scheduled works to prevent delays and optimize productivity.
  • Performance Evaluation: Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of planned maintenance tasks based on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Supplier Management: Maintain and review service contracts with external suppliers to ensure optimal performance and value for money.
