Job Title: Senior Associate Private Client Solicitor

We are seeking an experienced Senior Associate Private Client Solicitor to join our team at Law Staff Ltd. As a key member of our Private Client department, you will be responsible for overseeing Private Client services across three regional offices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of three Private Client Solicitors
  • Handle a varied caseload of wills, powers of attorney, and probate applications
  • Provide expertise in tax, trusts, and contentious probate
  • Ensure high-quality client service and maintain client relationships
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in wills, powers of attorney, and probate applications
  • Experience in tax, trusts, and contentious probate is desirable
  • People management experience is advantageous but not essential
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
