Job Title: Product Line Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Line Manager to join our team at Curtiss-Wright's Defence Solution division. As a Product Line Manager, you will be responsible for the development and growth of our flight recorder product line, working closely with customers, sales, commercial, engineering, and manufacturing departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategies to deliver product line growth and meet company expectations
  • Work with customers, sales, commercial, engineering, and manufacturing departments to specify and design system solutions to address customer requirements
  • Research solutions to customer requirements, which may come from within Curtiss-Wright, from partners, third-parties, or be developed internally
  • Lead the commercialization effort and maintain market position of products by managing existing product lines and competitive market information
  • Develop goals, budget, and strategic business plans for the product line
  • Provide sales staff with training, comparative product analysis, feature and benefit summaries, supporting promotional material, target customers, and product marketing strategies
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent related work experience
  • Familiarity with high-performance embedded system design and standards in defence/aerospace
  • An appreciation of aircraft avionics systems would be beneficial
  • Ability to travel, both domestic and international
  • Strong oral and written communication skills with knowledge of MS Office
